Hi! My name is Dina. I’m a third generation Italian American writer, speaker, trauma-informed teacher, and the host of La Befana’s Table podcast & community. La Befana’s Table was born out of a desire for a place both ancient and new where the whole of me can encounter the whole of you. A place to share our stories, learn from each other’s experiences, engage in meaningful conversations, foster nourishing connections, have some laughs, and celebrate our shared humanity.
Aside from the podcast, my intention is to host dinner experiences at the Cascades along with musical events, and retreats.

Me getting this podcast out and into the world has taken 7 years from when I met Michael.
Looking back, I realize that this place had always existed in the innermost place of my Soul and bringing that inner place out continues to be the deepest Soul work of my life.
